One of the foremost authorities in telecommunications in America, from the macro to micro scale, Pentacom has had its thumb firmly on the beating heart of the American economy since the late 1950's. And with the rise of President Koch and the collapse of Florida, a chance to make much needed expansion with their new "independent" subsidiary. Pentacom is currently headed by French-American entrepeneur Bryan Boroque, who got his start as a computer salesman in New Orleans before moving to telecommunications. He achieved CEO status in 1979 with his breakthroughs regarding ARPANET, the U.S' long range wireless network that connects universities across the country. Pentacom operates in a 'command and control' structure, using authroitarian power from the CEO desk to distribute orders evenly across the hierarchy and control the overall economics of the business.
